Delivery Times
Orders are sent via Courier or Royal Mail. Orders with a total value of £75.00 or over are sent by traceable recorded delivery. On orders below £75.00 you can choose to have your goods shipped recorded delivery for a small additional charge. This gives added security to your goods in transit and in many cases will mean you can track their progress via the couriers website. All orders over £100.00 are delivered free. Parts and accessories should be with you within a working week. Occasionally we may need to order a part and it may take a little longer in which case we will advise you.
Where We Deliver
We ship all over the UK and most European countries. If you would like to ship to a country outside the European Union please email sales@ultimatebikes.com for a quotation.
Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can ship to a different address. When you sign up for an account you can specify your delivery address. If you wish to change your delivery address during checkout please click on the address book tab on the order progress bar. Change the primary delivery address and return to your shopping basket. We will soon be able to store several delivery addresses for you to select from. Please note your billing address must be the address that your card is registered at.
Do I get charged for shipping twice if part of my order is delayed?
No, we only charge for shipping once; if part of your order is delayed you will not be charged again when the delayed item is sent to you (UK only). If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not yet be in stock, we will charge shipping just the once, and ship each item as soon as it is available.
